UFCA was formed in 2012 with the view of providing elite level coaching and an elite level environment to players that wanted to have what some of their 'friends' may have had who were fortunate enough to be at top pro academies. Our directors met whilst coaching together at Man City and came up with the idea as they felt there was a real need to create an academy structure outside of the pro system. We are proud to say that we are now one of the leading independent academies in the country and we are only just getting started....
We provide a clear, structured pathway from grassroots to semi-professional football. Starting in our Junior Academy, progressing through the Scholarship Programme, and advancing to our Men’s First Team, every stage is designed to develop your skills, experience, and opportunities.
